Then there's the Italjet factory sealed maintenance-free batteries which are safer and maintenance free. These fully sealed batteries emit no fumes. They do not need any water topping as compared to a lead-acid battery and thus eliminates any sort of maintenance. The charging time of the MF battery is much shorter compared to an ordinary battery. However they must be full charged before use, unlike the latest Quadflex batteries on the market from Motobatt that are factory activated which means, fully sealed, no acid, no water, no messing about with charging as fully charged, and zero maintenance.
