Delivery & Returns
You must state your order number and request a returns authorisation number and returns address. Failure to return with the correct authorisation number or if you return to an unauthorised address, we shall not pass credit. Full terms of returns below.

Delivery: Once we have confirmed your
order and received payment for the goods, your order will be dispatched.
Via
post or courier your order could take more than a day or so to reach
you.
We can
send orders via an overnight courier if preferred, at £6.95p (Including
VAT) if you order By 2.00pm Mon to Thurs Latest. We also offer a
Saturday delivery service (£14.40p including VAT) if you order By 2.00pm

United Kingdom Standard Shipping Charges
Using the "standard" shipping charge suggests your order could arrive
anytime within a few days or sooner.
Our shipping rate system forces us to charge the same fixed rate to deliver
lightweight items such as a cable or a heavyweight item such as a battery using
either the Royal Mail or courier service such as Fedex. Delivery charge to send a cable, battery or any other item to any UK Mainland
address is currently
ONLY £2.95p
You can order as many items as you like in one order for the same fixed rate.
One battery or one thousand batteries, it's still only £2.95p for delivery
Parcels up to 2 Kilograms are sent
via Royal Mail and parcels over 2 Kilograms and those of high value are sent
via courier
Not at Home?
Please note that couriers require someone be
present to sign for all packages.
If
nobody is available to sign for the package, the courier will / should leave a
card notifying of the failed delivery attempt.
This
card will instruct customer to contact them to rearrange delivery or the courier
may attempt to leave package with a neighbour or failing that, will attempt
delivery again within the next day or so.
If you are likely to be out. leave a note on
door instructing courier to leave with neighbour
If
courier fails to deliver, the parcel may be returned to us at the customers
expense.
Important
if you request you parcel be left round back,
in garage, in porch or anywhere without a signature, we will not be held liable
should your parcel be lost or stolen. No monies will be refundable and all
claims against us will be refuted.
If any items
are out of stock, we will inform you and refund immediately any payment be it
for part or whole order.

Adverse Weather Conditions
(AWC’s) may delay any of our delivery services.
AWC’s are beyond our
control
We cannot be held
responsible for delays due to AWC’s and
ask you to please be patient as your goods will arrive as soon as possible.
No refunds or compensation
will be given for late delivery of goods due to AWC’s
These terms apply to all of
Motorcycle Products shipping services
All prices include VAT at the current rate where applicable.
We reserve the right to occasionally substitute one brand for another in the
interests of maintaining our commitment to a swift delivery. When this does
happen, the replacement item will be of the same or of higher quality.
Returns:
No merchandise may be returned for credit or adjustment without authorisation.
If special
delivery other than standard rate was requested, this fee will not be refundable
Should any
goods be supplied by us in error, we will cover return costs and exchange or
credit in full as TBA between customer and Motorcycle Products. If you order
something incorrectly and wish to return it, you must contact us within seven
days of delivery and state your full name & order number which can be found by
logging into your account or via the email from us that confirmed your order.
When goods are ordered in error by the customer, returns will incur a 20%
restocking fee.
You must first
contact us and request a returns authorisation number and returns address.
Failure to return with the correct authorisation number or if you return to an
unauthorised address, we shall not pass credit.
Shipping /
Delivery fees are non-refundable.
Items which are
sold in clear sealed packaging must be returned in the same unopened sealed
packaging to qualify for any refund and also that electrical items can only be
returned if they have not been fitted or used in any way.
In the case of electrical items that have been fitted there is a possibility
that the part can be damaged by some other fault in the equipment it is
connected to.
Therefore, no
electrical items may be returned if they have been removed from sealed packaging
unless obviously faulty and certainly no electrical items other than batteries
will be returnable after seven days if faulty.
Chromed parts
have no guarantee / warranty due to British road and weather conditions.
Brass Jets &
Clutch Roller Weights are NOT returnable.
Full credit or replacement, at our discretion, will be allowed in cases where
the goods are returned because of obviously faulty workmanship or an error on
the part of our organisation. All claims must be made in writing.
Cancelled
Orders:
If you wish to
cancel and return your order where goods have already been dispatched or
received by you, you must inform us in writing requesting cancellation within 7
working days from receipt of order either by fax, letter or email.
If you cancel
an order then you must return the goods at your expense within 30 days.
If you fail to return the goods or you return them at our expense, then we will
charge you the direct cost of the return even if you have been refunded.
Cancellation
rights end seven days after the day you received the goods.
Always ensure
returned goods are posted by at least Royal Mail "recorded delivery" as we will
not be held liable for goods lost in transit.
Shipping fees
for overseas customers are non-refundable.
We make every
effort to ship the correct parts to our customers. We double check each order
when it is entered into our computer by comparing that model / part number and
the description you have given us against the description for that model / part
number in the system. If there are any questions, please contact us via our
email form on the contact us page.
Title of
goods shall not pass to the buyer until paid for in full
