This tacho works on any single, twin, triple or four cylinder motorcycle with one or more ignition coils.

To make this tacho work on a single fire twin, you need a tacho adapter, but split the wire going to the tachometer and couple a resister and capacitor (you can get these from Maplins) in parallel to earth.
