Payment for goods and shipping can be made by Credit or Debit Cards, PayPal, Cheque, Postal Order or Cash
If you are likely to be out and wish us to leave your goods with a neighbour or in a safe place, you must state this in the Comments Box when placing your order. If you request your parcel to be left round back, in garage, in porch or anywhere without a signature, we will not be held liable should your parcel be lost or stolen.
Next Day Delivery: If you order after 14:00 hrs Thursday, your goods will be delivered the following Monday. If you want Saturday delivery, please select Saturday delivery.
Delivery: Once we have confirmed your order and received payment for the goods, your order will be dispatched. Standard delivery can take 2 to 4 days but no more than 30. Please contact us if your order has not arrived within a short time.
We can send orders via an overnight courier if preferred, at £6.95p (Including VAT) or by 12 noon guaranteed at £18.00p (Including VAT) if you order by 14:00 hrs Monday to Thursday Latest. We also offer a Saturday delivery service (£14.40p including VAT) if you order by 14:00 hrs Friday Latest.
You can order as many items as you like in one order for the same fixed rate. Parcels are sent via Royal Mail or Courier. These may require someone be present to sign for packages.
Should any part of your delivery address be incorrect and your order is delivered elsewhere or lost, only you are responsible for any loss you incur as a result so please ensure that you have entered all your details correctly.
If your order is refused for any reason by the occupier on delivery to the delivery address given, you will be liable for our full costs. These costs will include the amount it costs us to send the goods to you and any other costs we incur in the return of the goods to us.
AWC's may delay any of our delivery services. AWC's are beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to AWC's and ask you to please be patient as your goods will arrive as soon as possible.
No refunds or compensation will be given for late delivery of goods due to AWC's. These terms apply to all of Motorcycle Products shipping services.
Your right to cancel an order for goods starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. This 14 day period is the time you have to decide whether to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to actually send the goods back. A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary. The extent to which a customer can handle the goods is the same as it would be if you were assessing them in a shop. Please contact us as soon as possible.

All prices include VAT at the current rate and only where applicable. We reserve the right to occasionally substitute one brand for another in the interests of maintaining our commitment to a swift delivery. When this does happen, the replacement item will be of the same or of higher quality. If any items are out of stock, we will inform you and refund immediately any payment be it for part or whole order. Full credit or replacement, at our discretion, will be allowed in cases where the goods are returned because of obviously faulty workmanship or an error on the part of our organisation. All claims must be made in writing within thirty days from receipt of goods.
All of our electrical or mechanical products must be fitted by a professional in motorcycle mechanics and preferably approved by a professional body or association otherwise any manufacturers warranty may be invalid.
Parts including ignition coils and regulator/rectifiers etc. are tested and approved as fit for purpose and in good working order by the manufacturer before being supplied to Motorcycle Products Ltd.
No merchandise may be returned for credit or adjustment without authorisation. You must first contact us and request a returns authorisation number and returns address and a brief reason for the return please where possible. Failure to return with the correct authorisation number or if you return to an unauthorised address and we shall not pass credit. When contacting us please always state your order/invoice number which can be found by logging into your account or via the email sent from us that confirmed your order.
Should any goods be supplied by us in error we must be notified within 14 days from delivery, we will cover return costs and exchange or credit in full as agreed between customer and Motorcycle Products. No returns are accepted in any case, thirty days after date of delivery.
Items which are sold in clear sealed packaging must be returned in the same unopened sealed packaging to qualify for any refund as many motorcycle parts are perishable and must also be in a condition to be sold on as brand new. Also any mechanical or electrical items can only be returned if they have not been fitted or used in any way whether in a sealed container or not.
Brass Jets and Clutch Roller Weights are NOT returnable as they may have been fitted for testing purposes or are easily damaged. Such goods as these and all other products supplied by Motorcycle Products are checked before packing.
If the product you purchase is faulty, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate in accordance with your consumer rights. You have the right to reject your item and get a refund within 30 days of purchase. If you've owned the item for less than six months. Items that are deemed of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described may receive either a full refund or replacement as agreed. If you buy a product that turns out to be faulty, you can choose to reject it which means you can give it back and get a refund. But, the law only gives you a reasonable time to do this – what's reasonable depends on the product and how obvious the fault is.
Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can each keep records of communication. You must state your order/invoice number which can be found by logging into your account or via the email sent from us that confirmed your order. Typically replies within minutes but certainly within 12 hours during office hours. Please do not start a claim using PayPal as we find these extremely time consuming, stressful and totally unnecessary.
