We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, photographs, measurements and fitment information are accurate. Product packaging and minor cosmetic details may occasionally differ from the images shown without affecting the product’s specification or suitability.
Please check the product description, measurements and listed fitments carefully before ordering. Previous modifications to a machine may affect compatibility. If you are uncertain, please contact us before placing your order.
Nothing in this section affects your rights where goods are faulty, not as described or incorrectly supplied.
Unless a product is expressly described as genuine OEM, the brand shown or named is the brand normally supplied but may vary according to availability. Any alternative will be compatible with the listed fitments and of equivalent or higher specification and quality, at no additional cost. If you require the exact brand shown, please contact us before ordering.
Prices include VAT at the applicable rate where VAT is payable. UK VAT is removed for eligible customers outside the UK once they are logged in.
Delivery charges and the total amount payable are shown during checkout before the order is completed.
Payment must be received in full before an order can be accepted or dispatched. Payment may be made using the methods offered during checkout.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the goods shown in your basket.
An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order. It does not mean that the order has been accepted.
We accept your order when we send confirmation that the goods have been dispatched. If goods from the same order are dispatched separately, acceptance for each item takes place when its dispatch is confirmed.

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their intended purpose and as described.
If goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and details of the problem. We may ask for photographs or other reasonable information to help us assess the issue.
Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, an appropriate remedy may include a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
Any manufacturer’s warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights and does not replace or restrict them.
All products must be installed and used correctly. Safety-critical, electrical and mechanical components should be fitted by a suitably qualified mechanic or technician and in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
Always follow the product manufacturer’s fitting, maintenance and safety instructions.
We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, unauthorised modification, accident, neglect or normal wear and tear. This does not affect your rights where the goods themselves are faulty or not as described.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or affects your statutory consumer rights.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused or increased by incorrect installation, misuse, unauthorised modification, neglect, failure to follow the manufacturer’s instructions or failure to take reasonable steps to prevent further damage.
We use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Information may be shared with our suppliers, payment providers and delivery companies where necessary to process and deliver an order.
We may update these terms when our services, business practices or legal obligations change. The terms applying to an order will normally be those published on the website when the order was placed.
These terms and any contract between us are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
