Please Note: That due to COVID-19 (Corona Virus), any of our delivery services may be delivered later than requested and that we shall no longer be able to give refunds in part or in full.
We are really struggling to keep up with customers emails and messages due to an incredible increase in the volume of orders and the numbers of new customers, thanks to COVID-19.
Please be patient as we are doing our utmost to assist everyone as soon as humanly possible.
Delivery of your order if more than one item may arrive separately (two deliveries), this may happen because one source has no stock and we have purchased item/s from elsewhere. However your order will still dispatch on the same day and will be delivered to your delivery address shortly after the other has arrived.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will dispatch on Monday, if it' a public or bank holiday it will be dispatched on the next working day.
Next Day and Timed Delivery Service
During this pandemic we no longer offer - Next Day - Saturday or - Timed Delivery Services.
This is due to an unreliable service with a handful of complaints regarding late delivery from hundreds of orders placed every day. A few next day services have taken as long as three days and as stressed out as we all are trying to fulfil your orders, we can no longer deal with further complaints and the added stress and time it causes us.
Latest time to order for dispatch same day (Mon to Fri) remains a 2.00pm and do not include Saturday or Sunday and public or bank holidays.
UK mainland shipping charges are now set at a fixed price, so even if you order a container load of batteries or a single fuse, delivery charge is the same. These will all be tracked, traced and signed for by courier or mail during this pandemic or at least until we are back to normalisation.
A signature will now be required on every order unless the carrier is using other methods for proof of delivery as in cases of isolation etc. If you have provided a valid email address in your account with us, most of our carrier methods will send you delivery status information.

Not Going to Be In?
For all services that require a signature and you are likely to be out and wish us to leave your goods with a neighbour or in a safe place, you must state this in the comments box when placing your order. If you request your parcel to be left round back, in garage, in porch or anywhere without a signature, we will not be held liable should your parcel be lost or stolen. This will not apply to our standard delivery service that may not require a signature as we cannot give Royal Mail special instructions.
What Happens If You Miss Delivery of Your Order When It's a Timed, Next Day or Saturday Delivery Service?
If a courier or Royal Mail failed to deliver or attempt to deliver on the day, they will attempt delivery again the following working day or as soon as possible and we will give a refund on the extra paid for our next day or Saturday delivery service. We will not be liable for any compensation or expenses which you may suffer as a result of our inability to deliver or for the actions or failure of any third party to carry out their contractual obligations. Timed deliveries that fail to show will obviously be refunded the total shipping fee and will be fully refunded for the goods if no longer required. Any refund may be refused if we do not have full and correct address details or telephone number.
If a courier attempts delivery at a residential address and no one is available they may deliver to an access point, local shop or post office. The courier should advise by card, SMS or email.
You can order as many items as you like in one order for the same fixed rate. Parcels are sent via Royal Mail or courier. Most parcels will require someone be present to sign for packages.
Should any part of your delivery address be incorrect and your order is delivered elsewhere, only you are responsible for any loss you incur as a result so please ensure that you have entered all your details correctly.
If your order is refused for any reason by the occupier on delivery to the delivery address given, you will be liable for our full costs. These costs will include the amount it costs us to send the goods to you and any other costs we incur in the return of the goods to us.
You can easily check your shipping rate by adding items to your cart and using the shipping calculator. All prices shown on this website for goods and shipping include VAT at the current rate where applicable.
Payment for goods and shipping can be made by credit or debit cards, PayPal, cheque, postal order or cash. Please contact us if you wish to pay by cash, postal order or cheque.
Adverse Weather Conditions and COVID-19 (AWC's)
AWC's may delay any of our delivery services. AWC's are beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to AWC's and ask you to please be patient as your goods will arrive as soon as possible.
No refunds or compensation will be given for late delivery of goods due to AWC's. These terms apply to ALL of Motorcycle Products delivery services.
Please contact us with part SKU numbers and quantity of items required if your country is not listed, for a shipping quote.
Products containing fluids like oil, paint or any hazardous materials and aerosols including batteries cannot be shipped overseas other than to most parts of Europe and then only by courier which will be expensive.
