Delivery Terms

By placing your order, you understand and agree with this statement and our other current terms and conditions.

All orders 'should' be delivered next day but there's no guarantee due to incidents beyond our control.

You can easily check your shipping rate by adding items to your cart and using the shipping calculator after you select your area or country. All prices shown on this website for goods and shipping include VAT at the current rate where applicable. VAT (Tax) at 20% is removed for outside of the UK customers once logged in.

Payment for goods and shipping can be made by credit and debit cards or PayPal. Please contact us if you wish to pay by cash, postal order, or cheque.

UK Delivery

International Delivery

Rates for international delivery will depend on size, weight, value and destination.
To find out the delivery cost of your order please use the delivery price calculator on the shopping cart page but you will first need to login to remove UK tax.
We do not normally send tracking details for international orders unless requested.

Delivery Improvements

From the end of September 2022, if there is no recipient in to accept your parcel, we may choose to deliver them to a Safeplace location at the address, if our postman or postwoman deems that location to be suitable, we will also leave a "Something For You" card explaining where the parcel is located. If we are unable to find a suitable Safeplace and cannot deliver to a neighbour, we will return your parcel to our local Royal Mail Customer Service Point and leave a "Something For You" card at the address.

Courier

Orders which are too big, too heavy or too valuable to be sent via Royal Mail will be sent by a courier, for which a signature will be required at the time of delivery.
If you have provided us with a valid email address, our couriers 'should' send you regular delivery status update information.

Split Orders

Motorcycle Products are online only, we do not hold any stock, all of our products are sent directly via one or more of our suppliers using either one of their shipping methods, therefore if your order is for more than one item, it may arrive separately (two separate deliveries).
This may happen because one source (supplier) has no stock and we have purchased item/s elsewhere. However, your order will still dispatch on the same day and will be delivered to your delivery address shortly after the other has arrived.

Not Going to Be In?

Please ensure you leave a note on your door else your parcel could end up at a local pick-up point such as a post office or carriers local depot. We cannot take special delivery instructions as carriers no longer accept them.

Fails to Deliver

If any carriers fail to deliver or attempt to deliver on the day and there is no recipient available, they will attempt delivery again the following working day or as soon as possible. If there is any further delay, please contact us. We will not be liable for any compensation or expenses which you may suffer because of our inability to deliver or for the actions or failure of any third party to carry out their contractual obligations. If your order is refused for any reason other by the occupier on delivery to the delivery address given, you will be liable for our full costs. These costs will include the amount it costs us to send the goods to you and any other costs we incur in the return of the goods to us. This does not apply to special delivery services that fail to show on time and if no longer required which can be refused by the buyer and returned to sender. Any refund may be refused if we do not have full and correct address details or telephone number.

Adverse Weather Conditions and COVID-19 (AWC's)

AWC's may delay any of our delivery services. AWC's are beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to AWC's and ask you to please be patient as your goods will arrive as soon as possible.

No refunds or compensation will be given for late delivery of goods due to AWC's. These terms apply to ALL of Motorcycle Products delivery services.

Shipping Overseas

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.

These charges are the buyer's responsibility and will normally be collected by the delivery company or when you pick the item up.

Please check with your countries customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

Products containing fluids like oil, paint or any hazardous materials and aerosols cannot be shipped overseas, you will receive a warning if this is the case when you attempt to add item to your cart.

Your Order Status

We receive your order which tells us it's pending, and you are notified that your order has been placed, we then process the order and send to our supplier (Supplier's if order has to be split) and order status immediately changes to checking stock.
Once everything has gone out the door at the end of the day, status changes to order shipped and you are notified.
If anything is out of stock you will be notified ASAP or as in most cases almost immediately.
