The 4.00-18 tyre is quite close in size to the 120/100-18 tyre.
While the width is slightly different (4.72 inches versus 4.00 inches), the overall dimensions are quite similar, and both fit an 18-inch rim. You might notice a small difference in the handling and ride height, but they are generally considered interchangeable for most applications.

The Heidenau K28 is a newly-developed sidecar tyre. Drive and steering forces are distributed over a large area of contact thanks to the angular contour of the tyre. This and the stable longitudinal profile in the centre of the tyre reduces wear and increases mileage. High wet-grip is achieved through the use of new additives to the mixture, and the special tread design.
