HEL Custom Braided Brake Lines

To see if we have your bike models brake or clutch line specification please put your model followed by line for example; 'CB500 line' or 'SV650 line' etc. without the inverted commas into the search box.

You can now create your own custom brake and clutch lines, individually tailored to your exact specifications.

We assemble each custom hose using non-rusting stainless steel fittings, crimped directly to high performance stainless steel braided hose which is wrapped in a protective wipe clean PVC cover.

How to Measure Your Existing Brake or Clutch Line

Please measure the overall hose length from the centre of one fitting to the centre of the fitting at the other end.

  • For banjo fittings, measure from the centre of the banjo bolt hole.
  • For threaded fittings, measure from the seating face of the hex, as shown in the drawing below.
  • Always follow the route of the hose itself, not a straight line between the two ends.
  • If your hose has a 45° or 90° bend, use a flexible tape measure or a piece of string laid along the hose, then measure the string.
  • Do not include the extra length of the banjo bolt itself, only measure from the centre of the fitting.
  • For best results, measure your existing hose before ordering.
