This TourMax swing arm kit is designed as a modern upgrade for the Honda XL250S and XL500S models from 1979 to 1981. It replaces the original plastic swingarm bushes with precision needle roller bearings and end caps, offering smoother movement and improved durability.
While some factory schematics for these models show plastic bushings, this kit fits the same swingarm housing and delivers enhanced performance. Ideal for riders looking to upgrade from the original setup.

Note: If you're restoring to factory spec and prefer the original plastic bushes, these will need to be sourced separately from Honda or other source.
