Note: This switch has a 6 wire block connector. However this will plug straight in and work on models that have 3 of the terminals blanked out.

This will plug straight in and work on models that have 3 of the terminals blanked out.
Some models will require modification of connection block by moving wires to match your original setup.
With some models the yellow/black wire is not used and can be removed.
