This cap is designed to hold pressure up to 1.1 bar (or 16 psi) before releasing excess pressure through the overflow system.

Higher pressure caps (e.g., 1.3 or 1.6 bar) allow the coolant to reach a higher boiling point, while lower pressure caps release pressure sooner.

The correct rating depends on your motorcycle or vehicle manufacturer’s specifications.
